Purcari Chardonnay

APPEARANCE: Light gold, shiny.

FRAGRANCE: The king of white varieties shines again in the 2023 batch and gives off the fresh aromas of spring flowers and herbs / freshly cut hay.

TASTE: It shines through the aromas of drupes (apricots, peaches), diluted polyfloral honey, notes of vanilla and almonds that highlight the specific unctuousness after aging in oak barrels. It is unexpectedly persistent in the aftertaste, where it also brings a floral-vegetal note.

CULINARY PAIRING: Refreshing and savory at meals with fresh cheeses, vegetable salads, chicken, fish and seafood main courses.
