Don Papa

A rum full of flavors from the Philippines, inspired by the story of Papa Isio, a character who played an important role in the revolution that took place at the end of the 19th century in the Philippines. The rum is made from sugar cane grown in the island of Negros in the Philippines and aged in oak barrels for 7 years. Smell: fruity notes at the beginning with notes of apricot and mandarin followed by vanilla ice cream and toffee. Taste: mainly vanilla and cinnamon with notes of raisins, grapes and marmalade. Finish: medium as well as duration with predominant notes of cinnamon. Color: amber.
