Paulaner Weissbier Dunkel contains a much higher proportion of whole wheat malt than ordinary beers for it is obtained by a special process. This very thing grants its irresistible chestnut-brown color. Its fresh and strong flavor is given by the slight smell of spices and the roasted malt taste one feels at the end.
